Innocence Project Delaware (IPD) is currently looking for law student interns this summer to assist with case intake and research projects for eight to ten weeks. IPD provides pro bono services to investigate and seek relief for claims of wrongful conviction. Until 2020, when IPD first began accepting cases, Delaware was one of only three states without an independent innocence project. As a result, there is a tremendous backlog of cases to investigate and litigate in Delaware.  Offices are located at Delaware Law School in Wilmington, DE. Summer interns will work on a hybrid schedule with considerable flexibility. Interested candidates should email a resume to Jessica Auletta at jauletta@innocencede.org.
