We have full lesson plans to take your students through their first mock trial experience. Appropriate for grades 3-7th grade, the lesson takes about 3 days to prepare. Students can be attorneys or witnesses, and are welcome to perform their trial with a paired field trip to the courthouse. There are two criminal cases in the folder- one about the Boston Massacre and one contemporary robbery case.
